21 New Employees Begin Their Journey at Roland DG

Roland DG held an orientation ceremony at the Hamamatsu Head Office to welcome 21 new employees on April 1, 2025.

The ceremony was attended by President Tanabe and executives who warmly welcomed the new team members. Reflecting on the company’s growth history, President Tanabe explained that Roland DG, under the purpose “To Empower Creativity and Excitement Worldwide,” is delivering wow and excitement to customers around the world through digital solutions. He encouraged the new employees, saying, “Think about what you can do now and approach your work with dedication.”

At the end of the ceremony, all new employees made commitment statements by sharing their determination to succeed, such as “I want to apply what I have learned so far,” and “I want to create products that bring joy to our customers.”

In the afternoon, the training program began immediately. After about three weeks of training, the new employees will be assigned to their respective departments. As members of the Roland DG Group, they will work together to spread the excitement of creativity worldwide.
