GX-24 Service Notice

Roland DG is committed to the highest standards of quality and reliability. After launching the most successful vinyl cutter in history, we recently learned of a potential problem with the LCD that could result in its failure. Therefore, all customers of affected GX-24 cutters have the option of having their LCD unit replaced.

Product affected: GX-24 Vinyl Cutters with serial numbers between

ZT30100 - ZT85130*

Problem: No characters are indicated on LCD.

Characters indicated are garbled or faint.

Remedy: Roland will replace the LCD at our cost. Please contact Roland Customer Services to receive instructions on how to get your machine repaired.
